We take pride in our craft and are passionate about creating small-batch, artisanal smoked fish. To ensure the finest quality, we work close with each harvester to carefully select each fish, and use natural alder wood smoke & traditional smoking methods to bring out the Best flavor and texture to each piece.
Our process is labor-intensive, but we believe that the time and effort we put in is well worth it when we see the satisfaction on our customers' faces. We feature Salmon sourced from various parts our Washington water ways which have a wonderful unique taste and texture in each featured fish that most people never knew existed.
